- Customer must submit a return request to theehairheaven@gmail.com within 10 days after the item is received (excluding items that are considered non-refundable)
- Products must be in the same condition it was when purchased
- Customers may be eligible for store credit, exchange or full refund
- Must send order number or receipt with proof of purchase
